Inspiring boy with autism finalist to attend Super Bowl 50

Shariff Williams, a 9-year-old boy with autism and Tourette’s syndrome wasn’t suppose to ever walk or talk. Now today he is making incredible strides with the help of his family, his twin brother and the support of his Panhandle Youth Football League teammates. Williams story was highlighted on TODAY’s “Together We Make Football” series with the NFL. Through the series, 5 inspiring individuals are named as finalists to win tickets to see Super Bowl 50.

William’s mother Tonya told TODAY about her boy, "Shariff's been a miracle, for a child who was never supposed to walk, talk, and didn't know how long he was going to live.''
