Cumberland Walk Now for Autism Speaks 2015 Recap

April 10, 2015

The 2015 Cumberland Walk Now for Autism Speaks kicked off this weekend. Check out the sights from the big day provided by our dedicated Autism Speaks staff, volunteers and walkers in our social feed below. Want to add your photos to this page? More than 700 attendees participated in Cumberland Tri State Walk Now For Autism Speaks on April 11 at the Alleghany College of MD. The participants enjoyed children’s activities of all kinds along with food and plenty of fun! Our friends from Country 106.3/106.7 WFRB were on hand to help Emcee the day.

Thirteen year Walk Chair Marcy Hardinger Walked side by side with her daughter Hannah, who walked for the first time by herself to start the Walk for us…what an incredible sight!

To date, the event raised more than $51,000 in support of Autism Speaks’ mission to fund research, increase awareness and family services and advocate for individuals with autism and their families.
