Coaches Powering Forward in the News: Towson Rocks Blue Uniforms

The Baltimore Sun features Towson's new blue uniforms the team will wore for its autism awareness game.

The Virginia Tech Hokies basketball staff wears Autism Speaks pins during Saturday's Florida State game.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch featured our Coaches Powering Forward for Autism campaign with NCAA team coaches Kim Anderson of Mizzou and Jim Crews of SLU joining in the campaign. 

NBC Sports featured Towson's special blue uniforms to promote autism awareness. 

Temple University spread the word about the campaign on Thursday.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution featured the campaign's co-founder and Georgia Tech coach, Tom Herrion, in a profile on their site.

The Athens Banner-Herald highlighted Georgia Bulldogs coach Georgia Fox wearing our puzzle piece pin.

Appalachian State Assistant Men's Basketball Coach Jason Allison and his wife, Hope, share their story on how their children's autism has impacted their lives. (see video below)

The Arizona Wildcats will be raising autism awareness this weekend. 

Are you an NCAA basketball fan? Join our "Coaches Powering Forward for Autism" campaign to raise awareness and funds for autism research and family services! More than 200 coaches have already signed up to participate in the campaign, which will culminate February 6 to 8. Throughout the weekend, coaches, officials and broadcasters will raise autism awareness by donning the blue Autism Speaks puzzle piece pin during college basketball games.
