Autism Speaks to Wall Street Celebrity Chef Gala a Night to Remember

October 13, 2015

The 9th annual Autism Speaks to Wall Street: Celebrity Chef Gala brought together the culinary talents and generosity of world-renowned chefs to help raise funds and awareness of autism. More than $1 Million was raised. The event also was in commemoration of the 10 years since Suzanne and Bob Wright first co-founded Autism Speaks.

The evening began with award-winning chefs presenting hors d’oeuvres during the cocktail reception. Following cocktails, over 100 of the world’s finest chefs prepared and served four-course meals tableside exclusively for their guests. The gala featured high-profile entertainment and guests commemorating the 10 years of progress since Autism Speaks first opened its doors.

New York Sen. Chuck Schumer was honored for his continued commitment to the autism community. Watch his remarks below.

Google was also honored at the gala for their incredible support for the Autism Speaks MSSNG program.  Susan Molinari, Google vice president for public policy, was on hand to talk about the relationship between Autism Speaks and Google.

Thanks to the passion and generosity of our community, Autism Speaks has helped advance our understanding and treatment of autism in ways almost unimaginable ten years ago.

A huge thank you to all the chefs, sous chefs, employees of Cipriani Wall Street, sponsors, and volunteers who made this spectacular night possible.
