The UNC Autism Fathers Conference is a one-day event for fathers with children of any age who have autism. Our aim is to give fathers a safe space to express themselves and feel connected to others who have experienced similar challenges. Professionals from the sports world, art and entertainment will share their experiences as fathers of children on the spectrum. Attendees will have an opportunity to explore issues associated with being the parent of a child with autism so they might play more active roles in all aspects of their child's life.
