Menlowe Ballet presents It’s a Suite Nutcracker, 50-minute sensory-sensitive performance for children and adults of all abilities combining Nutcracker excerpts with narrated storytelling. This performance features a friendly, supportive environment for families of a loved one with special needs. Traditional theater rules are relaxed and audience members are welcome to express their delight and exit/re-enter the theater as needed.

The shortened version will include some of the most treasured moments from our full-length story ballet, It's a Wonderful Nutcracker along with narration between scenes to give the audience the full essence of the story. Additional modifications will include dimmed house lights, softened sound and sensory effects with lighting, music and theatrics.
