This Town Hall will focus on the transition of young adults on the autism spectrum from adolescence into adulthood. We will provide you with options to think about and explore as you or your family begin to plan for adulthood.
Our Autism Response Team (ART) is specially trained to connect people with autism, their families, and caretakers to information, tools, and resources.
