What our Mothers are Thankful for on Mother's Day

In honor of Mother's Day today we want to celebrate all the amazing mother's out there in our community! We put a callout on Facebook asking what are mother's were thankful today. Here's what some of them had to say...

This is my son Ryan. He is 8 today. Who could ask for a better Mother's Day gift! He is my biggest pride and joy. Every day I smile because of him. His daddy, sister, and I wouldn't change him for anything. ~ Tanya

Our son Brett is graduating from High School on June 19th. Straight A's and Honor Roll! It IS possible for all our kids.

I am thankful for being able to proudly own the title of "mom." My mother has taught me so many lessons and I amg ladd to pass ehtm down. My youngest is Autistic. He has taught me even more lessons that I carry everyday in my heart. He has opened my eyes to a whole new world and I am forever grateful he is mine. Happy Mother's Day! ~ Kat

I am thankful for my son who is living on his own with supported living services since Octber. He is healthy and happy!!! ~ Jenny

I am thankful for my 3 wonderful boys, one who has autism. My little Adam is 5 years old, he has changed my life forever, each day he impresses me by saying "I love you mom" he now is starting to ask questions. My older son Marcos Gomez is a wonderful big brother to Adam and my other son Christpher who is 20 months old is a blessing to our family helping Adam with hos social skills! I truly am blessed to have my 3 wonderful boys! ~ Lupita

I am so grateful that we have Alex in our lives and that my daughter, Tara and her husband Raul were chosen to be his parents. How very forunate we all are!!! :) ~ Pam

I am thankful for this amazing little boy. Even though it is tough some times, he has brought so much joy to our lives. While teaching him, he has also taught me more than he will ever know! I can't imagine my life without him. ~ Rachel
