storysmart2: Casey's Big Day

Casey has many worries and frustrations on his first day of 5th grade. He will need your help to keep his body in control, keep thoughts inside his head, and keep his cool as he navigates his day in class, in the cafeteria, and on the playground. You can do it, Casey!
storysmart is a suite of interactive, animated stories that provide both a recreational and therapeutic activity for elementary-school aged children who struggle with social language and communication. The apps are designed to help them develop these skills as well as social cognition, critical thinking and narrative skills. Users read and engage in a story with familiar settings – a trip to the beach, a day at school, a birthday party, playing on a soccer team, and others. The characters in each story need help solving problems, comprehending the setting, and using their social smarts to resolve numerous situations - and get positive feedback in the process! The primary goal of storysmart apps is to raise children's awareness of social expectations and to stimulate critical thinking skills to achieve the best outcomes in a variety of social settings.
