Brain Control - Basic Communicator Touch is an augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) device for patients with speech and language impairments caused by pathologies such as, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, autism, Parkinson's disease, stroke and other neuromuscular or congenital impairments.
The Brain Control - Basic Communicator Touch includes a sentence selector. The system scans through choices, using a single touch anywhere on the screen to select the highlighted choice. The application includes audio feedback so it can also be used by people with visual impairment.
