There’s a lot to report from the Road to Autism Insurance Reform! In recent weeks, I made a loop of Southern states – closer to home for me -- to meet with families, legislators, lobbyists, and others who are working to pass laws requiring health insurance coverage for autism.

My Employer is Self-Insured. How Do I Get Autism Benefits?

 The Government Relations team held its first webchat in February on autism insurance and received an overwhelming response from families across the United States. Many of you expressed your concerns over working for employers who self-insure and therefore are exempt from autism insurance reform laws enacted at the state level.
