Calls to Action

This Sunday, May 20 at 3 p.m. – tune in to watch a live stream of the Fairfield University (Fairfield, Conn.) graduate school commencement exercises, and Autism Speaks Co-founders Suzanne and Bob Wright accept honorary degrees and deliver the 2012 commencement address. In their 15 minute speech to the graduate schools, the Wrights will speak about managing life’s curveballs while striving for success and working for the public good.

On May 1, Autism Speaks Co-Founders Bob and Suzanne Wright appeared on NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams for an interview about the Theatre Development Fund’s highly successful Autism Theatre Initiative to make theatre accessible to children and adults on the autism spectrum, and their families. Since the program’s launch in October 2011, special autism-friendly performances of The Lion King and Mary Poppins have been staged on Broadway.
