Autism Speaks Leadership Giving Program

Helping those living with autism and their families

Why Become a Leadership Giving Donor?
The Leadership Giving Program provides opportunities to contribute directly to the program area or project of your choice.
100 percent of your gift will be applied to your selected program or project.

What is a Leadership Gift?
A Leadership Gift is a donation of $5,000 or higher unrelated to an event. As a participant in the Leadership Giving Program you will receive special benefits and recognition. Gifts can be made by individuals, corporations, foundations, or affinity groups. Gifts can come in many forms and payment can be spread out over several years.

What a Leadership Gift Can Do
Among our Leadership Giving donors is a family from Chicago who are the principal sponsors of a research project that seeks to improve therapies for those individuals with autism who are non-verbal. Another donor, from Maryland, directed her gift to our Family and Community Services program. Donors from Florida, California, and New York chose to support the Autism Genome Project. A company in Memphis sponsored our First Responders Kit, which guides police officers, fire fighters, and other first responders in effectively managing crisis situations involving an individual with autism. A foundation from Princeton is sponsoring our Transition Took Kit, which will assist individuals and families in transition from childhood to adolescence.

The Choice is Yours
Autism Speaks has dozens of programs and projects that need your support. We have staff who will meet with you to discuss your interests. We can structure your gift to best meet your needs.
