Tampa Bay Walk Now for Autism Raises over $140,000
On Saturday, March 28, 2,800 walkers gathered at MOSI (Museum of Science & Industry) in Tampa, Fla. for the 3rd annual Tampa Bay Walk Now for Autism, raising over $140,000. At the Walk, Tampa Mayor Pam Iorio presented a proclamation declaring the date as Autism Awareness Day in Tampa. Many thanks go to Walk Chair Rob Rose and emcee David Glickman for making the event such a success. Read more and view additional photos here.

All reported fundraising totals are "to-date" - teams are still raising money and the sites are still accepting donations. The next Walk Now for Autism event will be held in Abilene, Texas on Saturday, April 4, 2009.
