Teen Raises $50,000 for Chicago Walk
Paper Profiles "Team Tyler" Captain

Spencer Savitz, 13, captain of "Team Tyler," the top fundraising team at the Chicago 2009 Walk Now for Autism, was profiled by his local newspaper. The story looked at Spencer's relationship with his brother Tyler, 11, who has autism, and at Spencer's efforts on behalf of Tyler. As part of his fundraising efforts this year, Spencer recruited Tyler's friends and his friends to walk and raise money, and also enlisted corporate partners.
