The 5th Annual Rochester Kick Off Luncheon took place on Friday, July 20th,, attracting both new and returning walkers. Dr. Susan Hyman, a member of the Autism Speaks Family Services committee and Scientific Advisory Boards, spoke about Autism Speaks' current science and family services initiatives. Jennifer Johnson, a news anchor with News10 NBC in Rochester, was a guest at the luncheon, and lent words of support for the walk. The 2007 Walk is scheduled for Saturday, September 29, 2007 at Monroe Community College, and fundraising is well ahead of last year's pace.
