500 Guests Attend 9th Annual Pittsburgh Walk
Kick-off Breakfast

On Friday, March 28, 2008, Mark Roithmayr hosted a VIP Breakfast with individuals and corporations who have made a huge impact on the success of the Greater Pittsburgh Walk Now for Autism since its inception in May 2000. He thanked them for their dedication and support of Autism Speaks throughout the years and stressed the important impact that Pittsburgh has on the entire organization. “Pittsburgh is where it all started,” Roithmayr said.

Mark then welcomed approximately 500 individuals gathered at Heinz Field East Club Lounge to kickoff the 9th Annual Pittsburgh Walk Now for Autism event to be held at Heinz Field on Saturday, June 7, 2008. Among those present were Larry Richert, KDKA News Radio 1020 morning host, Jake Ploeger, Channel 4 Action News Anchor.
