5,000 Walkers Raise Over $500,000 in North Central New Jersey
On Sunday, October 7, five thousand walkers raised over $500,000 at the 5th Annual North Central New Jersey Walk Now for Autism, which took place at Nomahegan Park in Cranford. Peter Bell, Autism Speaks executive vice president of programs and services, kicked off the event, and was followed by walk co-chairs Maria Palermo and Jennifer Love. As teams crossed the balloon arch on the two mile route, participants enjoyed a petting zoo, Abrakadoodle crafts, and, for the first time this year, a resource fair.

Visit the North Central New Jersey walk page or go to the Walk Now for Autism site to find a walk in your area.
