DC Walk Now for Autism Raises $825,000

The Washington, D.C. Walk Now for Autism event took place on Saturday, October 20 at The National Mall, as 7,000 walkers raised $825,000 while circling the Washington Monument. Figure skater Todd Eldredge, Washington Capitals goalkeeper and co-founder of Athletes Against Autism Olie Kolzig, and George Washington University Women's basketball coach Joe McKeown were on hand to support the cause, along with Sarge, who warmed up the crowd with a “military like” exercise routine.

Visit the Washington D.C. walk pages or go to the Walk Now for Autism site to find a walk in your area.
