Boston Walk Raises $1.1 Million
On Sunday, October 14th 16,000 walkers turned out at Suffolk Downs Racetrack to participate in the 7th annual Greater Boston Walk Now for Autism. The walk has raised an impressive $1.1 million to date. Walkers from the Greater Boston community walked 2.5 miles on the track and enjoyed food from UNO's, giveaways from BOSE, and friendly announcing from Randy Price, anchorman for local NBC affiliate WHDH.
