(September 22, 2014) - Josh Bailey, a senior high school varsity football player from Michigan has quite the story.  Josh was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2, and was non-verbal until the age of 3 ½. Josh said he struggled making friends and fitting in with peers, but football changed everything for him. Currently Bailey, stands at 6-feet-6 and weighs 270 pounds, and is living his dream playing football under the Friday night lights for his school.

ROBBINSVILLE, NJ (March 11, 2013) -- Autism Speaks today joined with supporters of Anthony Starego, a New Jersey high school football placekicker with autism, in urging state athletic officials to grant him one more year of eligibility to play. Starego's game-winning kick last fall became the subject of the ESPN video Kick of Hope.
