Generation NXT and Autism Speaks Raise Funds for Sandy Victims

On Tuesday, December 4 , at SL nightclub in New York’s chic Meatpacking District, guests of Generation NXT and Autism Speaks came together to raise funds that will assist families affected with autism who have faced hardship due to Hurricane Sandy. At Autism Speaks to Sandy, partygoers enjoyed a fun filled night of dancing and cocktails, with sushi provided by Lure and meatballs provided by The Meatball Shoppe. While some guests enjoyed a dinner at Abe & Arthur’s restaurant located above SL, others mingled over cocktails and table service downstairs at the nightclub .

The 3rd Annual Autism Speaks at Baltusrol a Huge Success

The 3rd Annual Autism Speaks at Baltusrol was held Monday, September 24, 2012 in Springfield Twp, N.J. The weather was beautiful and perfect for a day on the golf course. 114 golfers gathered to play the famed lower course and raise funds for Autism Speaks. Over 130 guests joined us on the terrace of the club for the evening program, which was highlighted by a poignant story from Zachary Brooks, brother to a boy with autism.

In a room filled with laughter, drinks, delicious hors d'oeuvres and rocking music, Autism Speaks celebrated the fourth annual Autism Speaks to Young Professionals (AS2YP) summer gala on the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange on Wall Street.  Over 1,000 people turned out for a night of fun in the city to encourage young professionals from all industries to learn about autism, while raising funds in a unique way. The event was co-chaired by Jesse Morris and Danny Ryan and raised over $90,000 dollars for Autism Speaks’ research and advocacy initiatives.
