(September 12, 2014) -- Ohio Governor John Kasich has added his voice to the worldwide condemnation of a bullying incident involving a suburban Cleveland youth with autism who was doused with bodily fluids by a group of youths as an "ice bucket challenge" prank. Police in Bay Village, where the incident occurred, have identified five teens between the ages of 14 and 17 as suspects.

Two Maryland teenage girls are in police custody after abusing a teenager with autism and filming it on their cell phones. One, who is 17 years old, is being charged as an adult with false imprisonment, assault and solicitation for child pornography. The other girl, who is 15, is charged as a juvenile.
