Stars Come Out for Autism Documentary in Tribeca

April 26, 2014 - Blockburger Productions documentary, Sounding the Alarm, was screened during the 2014 Tribeca Family Festival. The event was hosted by Grace Hightower De Niro and Robert De Niro, with Autism Speaks Co-founders Suzanne and Bob Wright, at Tribeca Cinemas in New York City.

The National Capital Area Chapter of Autism Speaks was delighted to take part in MTV's "Meet The Benjamin's" Reception on April 23rd at the Graham Hotel Georgetown in Washington DC.  The event was an opportunity to show support and celebrate with Brad and Kenny Benjamin who will make their television debut Saturday, April 26th on MTV’s True Life Presents The Benjamins! (7 pm EDT/6 pm CDT).  MTV is airing the show featuring the two brothers diagnosed with autism in April in observance of Autism Awareness Month. 

Laura Slatkin Talks Autism Awareness on Chicago TV

(April 24, 2014) - Laura Slatkin, the Founder and CEO of NEST Fragrances and a member of the Autism Speaks Board of Directors, visited Chicago today as part her Blue Garden tour. Slatkin is visiting Neiman Marcus stores across the country to meet walkers from Walk Now for Autism Speaks events and share NEST Fragrances' Blue Garden candle. Sales of the Blue Garden candle benefit Autism Speaks.
