These meetings serve as a focal point for researchers from diverse geographical areas to learn about novel findings from a wide-range of topics. In addition to support of some of these conferences, the Autism Speaks Science Program team regularly attends the science presentations, staffs autism information booths, solicits grant applications from meeting participants, and provides researchers in attendance with the most up-to-date information available.
