Read below to learn more about local Autism Awareness activities going on at our CTN and ATN sites. Other activities are planned so look out for updates throughout the month.


Georgia:
Dr. Ashraf Attalla and team from the Institute for Behavioral Medicine (CTN) will be attending the April 12, 2008 Georgia Walk for Autism.

Ohio:
Cincinnati Children's Hospital (ATN) will be sponsoring hospital-wide events throughout the month of April.

The Ohio State University Nisonger Center (CTN) participated in the Autism Awareness Rally planned at Ohio Statehouse which was co-sponsored by Autism Speaks, the Autism Society of Ohio (Autism Society of America), and the Central Ohio ASA chapter.

Pennsylvania:
At the University of Pittsburgh (ATN/CTN) there will be a Grand Rounds on "Living with Asperger's Disorder" and an employee 50/50 raffle to raise funds for autism research. Learn more about their CTN study.

Texas:
Texas Children's Hospital (ATN) sponsored a World Autism Awareness Day event on April 2.

Washington:
The UW Autism Center (ATN) will be holding a series of informational booths throughout the month of April.
