I am a local photographer specializing in photographing children with special needs. As the grandmother and primary care-giver of a four year old grandson that was diagnosed as falling within the Autistic Spectrum at 18 months old, I have become very familiar with the sensitivities of a child with this diagnosis. I have developed an approach that allows me to capture the sweetest moments while honoring his highly coveted "personal space".
