Talisman Transitions

Talisman Transitions is a residential training program for young adults 18-24 that provides comprehensive and individualized preparation for college/vocational programs and independent living. Through experiential learning, the program builds upon class lessons to ensure the knowledge and skills are transferred to applied settings. Our young adults may have been diagnosed with high-functioning Autism, Asperger's, PDD, or similar.
