Starr Children’s Advocacy And Investigative Services helps parents and caregivers of special-needs children obtain the highest level of education and resources available and is by their side every step of the way. I am the mother of three, including one child with Tourette’s Syndrome and one with Autism. I have spent years researching healthcare and education options. My pioneering work helps parents obtain specialized supports and services from birth through college age.
