Specialized Needs Recreation

The purpose of Specialized Needs Recreation is to develop, operate, support and enhance programs of recreation and leisure education for children and adults in Kootenai County, Idaho who have disabilities and or other special needs. Specialized Needs Recreation will also coordinate activities and encourage closer cooperation with public and private agencies, individuals, companies and organizations.
