Mosaic began servng Elkhart and St. Joseph counties in 1986 with the opening of two group homes and a central office located in Granger. Services have expanded to include a three more group homes in both communities as well as expanding services into the Medicaid Waiver program. Mosaic now serves more than 50 people in South Bend, Mishawaka, Michiana and Elkhart, either full-time or intermittently.
