IndyGo Open Door Service

Open Door ADA paratransit service is provided for the needs of riders who, because of a disability, may require an alternative to IndyGo’s fixed route service. Open Door riders must meet the criteria established by the U.S. Department of Transportation under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990.
