Fragile X Syndrome is the leading known genetic cause of Autism. We are a non-profit family organization of families that are affected with Fragile X Syndrome and associated disorders. We have a Houston chapter that can offer assistance to those that have gotten a diagnosis of Fragile X Syndrome. Many of our families begin with an Autism diagnosis and later find the Autism is caused by the Fragile X gene. Awareness and support is key.
