10:00a.m.-4:30p.m. -- Visits with legislators. You do not have to stay all day. Upon registering for the event, you can choose to attend the morning or afternoon session for visits.
Our goal for the day is to ensure that legislators are aware of the diverse needs of the autism community, including the challenges of navigating transition to adulthood and other lifespan issues.
Your stories will make a difference! We will provide an overview of the relevant bills and materials during the morning orientation.
Our Autism Response Team (ART) is specially trained to connect people with autism, their families, and caretakers to information, tools, and resources.
