Cooper, Heidi Larson and Dr. Samuel L. Katz.. Dr. Louis Z. Cooper is professor emeritus of pediatrics at Columbia University and a former president of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). Heidi Larson is an associate research professor at Clark University and a research associate at the Harvard Center for Population and Development Studies. Dr. Samuel L. Katz is the W. C. Davison Professor & chair emeritus of the department of pediatrics at Duke University School of Medicine and a former chair of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practice at the CDC and former chair of the AAP's Committee on Infectious Diseases.
