MIT Software Testing Company Only Hires People with Autism

(August 15, 2014) -- ULTRA Testing, a debugging company out of MIT, is recognizing and capitalizing on the strengths of employees with autism.

Founded by two MIT graduates, the company provides software testing and quality assurance services and currently has a team made up of workers with varying degrees of autism. 

Candidates go through a special interview process and are matched with neurotypical managers to help them with issues they may face in the workplace.
