For one young traveller, Heathrow offers an absolutely identical experience every time he passes through the airport, from the same check-in staff to the same seat on exactly the same plane.

Aaron Stewart 21, suffers from severe autism and obsessive compulsive disorder, so when he is travelling from London to Boston Higashi High School in the US at the start of each term, he needs everything to be identical so that he doesn't panic.
