On Tuesday, September 10 Neiman Marcus hosted Project Beauty at the Short Hills Mall in New Jersey. A crowd gathered to learn the latest techniques and must-have fall trends in color, skincare and tools from a team of beauty experts! Autism moms Jacqueline Laurita, star of BRAVO's Real Housewives of New Jersey, and Laura Slatkin, Autism Speaks Board Member and President of NEST Fragrances, gave moving speeches to kick off the festivities.
Proceeds from the event benefit the Arts Program at Newmark Education: state-approved, private not-for-profit-schools serving children living with autism spectrum disorders. Co-Founders Dr. Regina Peter and Cynthia Allman spoke and also took a walk on the runway! Autism Speaks Board Member Alison Niederauer was also at the event and her son Liam attends the Newmark School.
Guests also enjoyed luxury salon services by DePasquale The Spa.
