Giant Puzzle Piece Formed in Honor of World Autism Awareness Day
Autism Speaks Puzzle Piece
To celebrate World Autism Awareness Day (WAAD), Autism Speaks hosted a “Card Stunt” in Ralph Bunche Park, adjacent to the United Nations in New York City. Participants gathered holding cards to create the Autism Speaks blue puzzle piece logo. Chuck Wagner, the Ringmaster from The Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus emceed the event and was accompanied by members of the circus who entertained the crowd with their antics. Autism Speaks co-founders Bob and Suzanne Wright also attended, thanking the crowd for their commitment to raising autism awareness.
