Federal Claims Court Continues Hearings in Case Against Vaccines
First ever test case underway in Washington DC

The U.S. Court of Federal Claims is now hearing the first test case alleging that children have contracted autism as a result of vaccines. The hearings, which are focused on claims from among more than 4,800 filed against the federal government during the past six years, began on June 11, 2007.
