Twisted Sister Presents Check to Autism Speaks
Today, members of the rock group Twisted Sister, presented a check for more than $17,000 to Autism Speaks, at the VH1 Classic headquarters in New York City. The check represents a portion of the proceeds from “Twisted Christmas”, a holiday CD that benefited Cure Autism Now. The initiative was a part of VH1 Classic's Rock Autism campaign, created to spread awareness and raise funds. Razor & Tie and VH1 Classic Records partnered with Twisted Sister to guarantee a portion of the album's proceeds would benefit CAN.
