Chicago Chapter Celebrates $2 Million Year
On Sunday, October 7, the Chicago Chapter of Autism Speaks celebrated the success of the past year in grand style at an awards reception which recognized supporters from five events managed by chapter volunteers.

Mark Roithmayr, president of Autism Speaks, congratulated chapter leaders and volunteers for a superb 2007 in which local events raised over two million dollars. Chapter Co-chairs Stacie McManus and Kim Wolf emceed the event, and recognized chapter volunteers' work on events including: First Look for Charity; Evening with the Stars, Chicago; Walk Now for Autism; In Search of a Cure Golf Outing in Honor of Bryan D. Hancock; and ING DIRECT Ride Now Chicago.
