The Chicago Auto Show's First Look for Charity is the single-largest one evening fundraiser in Chicagoland. Last year's event raised more than $2.6 million for its 18 participating charities. Cure Autism Now is honored to be one of the participating charities, for the sixth year in a row, on Feb. 8, 2007.
The event is produced by the Chicago Automobile Trade Association at a minimal cost to the charities, which allows the Chicago chapter of Cure Autism Now a unique opportunity to invite guests to an exclusive black tie gala while still raising a substantial amount of money. In the past five years, event chairs Kim Wolf, Barry Craven, and many volunteers have raised more than $750,000 for autism research through First Look for Charity.
