Lousiana Governor Signs Autism Insurance Bill
Gov. Bobby Jindal of Louisiana signed into law House Bill 958, which will require insurance companies to cover evidence-based, medically necessary autism therapies. The measure was approved during the 2008 regular legislative session, which ended June 23.
