This initiative will develop and implement customized services for youth and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDS) served through Virginia's Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) system, anticipated to result in improved employment and independent living outcomes. the proposed project builds upon evidence-based research and demonstrated promising practices for the target population to develop and implement an innovative program model, using prescriptive intervention tools and strategies, beginning with pilots to be conducted in partnership with the Fairfax and Henrico DRS Offices.
