The purpose of the project is two-fold. The primary goal is to provide enhanced services (i.e., peer models) to an existing social skills training program for school-aged children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders and co-morbid Disruptive Behavior Disorders. The secondary goal is to develop a peer model training program for typically developing children and adolescents, and then distribute the videotaped presentation of the training program for educational and marketing purposes. The proposed project will promote acquisition, maintenance, and generalization of social skills beyond the clinic and home setting.
