The 7th annual Arizona Walk Now for Autism Speaks was Sunday, October 28th. The beautiful sunny day encouraged almost 17,000 walkers to join us; more people than ever before! Our amazing community has raised $1.4 million so far!Fundraising will continue into next year – please help us hit our goal of $1.5 million.
Autism Speaks and our Walk partner in Arizona, the Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center (SARRC), were so pleased to watch the crowd learn what our local service providers have to offer at the Resource Fair, listen to the music played by our new Walk partner CBS Radio, be led by our start line/finish line sponsor Valley Honda Dealers, and enjoy all the goodies provided by Sprouts and their vendors.
Thank you to our amazing Walk Chair, Jeff Swenson, the rest of our wonderful Walk Committee, and our enthusiastic volunteers for making our Walk day a success!
