2011 Richmond Walk Now for Autism Speaks Recap 
On Saturday, October 1st over 1,500 people came together at the Richmond International Raceway for the 3rd Annual Richmond Walk Now for Autism Speaks. With 145 teams, we raised $90,000 and counting for Autism Speaks. Chelsea Washington of WRIC TV 8 kept the crowd fired up while we celebrated the passage of the Virginia Insurance Reform bill with Virginia State Senator Donald McEachin (D-Henrico)! Throughout the day, walkers enjoyed special performances from local bands, The Diggity Dudes and Silly Bus. A big thanks and congratulations to Walk Chair Pam Brooks and the entire Richmond Planning Committee!
