5th Annual podcast for Autism Speaks!

Jay and Jack’s 5th Annual Podcast for Autism Speaks will be held on March 31-April 1, 2012 at The Raleigh IcePlex in Raleigh, North Carolina. It will also be broadcast live on Ustream.tv. This year’s goal is $10,000.

Media Coverage of 1 in 88 Autism Prevalence Numbers

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) updated its estimate of autism prevalence in the United States to 1 in 88 children (1 in 54 boys and 1 in 252 girls). By comparison, this is more children than are affected by diabetes, AIDS, cancer, cerebral palsy, cystic fibrosis, muscular dystrophy or Down syndrome – combined.*
