Thanks to college students across the country, 2012 was Autism Speaks U’s most successful year yet! Autism Speaks U chapters and students played a key role in the organization’s accomplishments and successes.

- Help raise over $1.5 million through Autism Speaks U since its inaugural event in 2006.

Have over 3,000 buildings in more than 600 cities and 45 countries participate in this year’s Light It Up Blue campaign (that includes 241 colleges!). See pictures from campuses nationwide.

Establish 68 Autism Speaks U chapters across 24 states that are committed to raising awareness and funds while supporting the local autism community. See a list of chapters.

Allocate over $120,000 to 280 families who are affected by autism and were victims of Hurricane Sandy.
